Why does Lowes even have telephones?"if"you have the time and wait long enough to get a human, they Always put you on hold! And even worse the hold music is horrible horrible loud static!. I've relayed that to Stacey from the office, and others so they are aware of it they just don't care to fix it for us CUSTOMERS who have to listen to it!! after probably waiting 10 minutes or longer. Really bad customer service, bad for business.
Horrible customer service. Lied about and tried to hide damage on appliances that were supposed to be delivered. Loaded these damaged appliances against corporate policy on delivery truck. After waiting a week for appliances received dryer that was dropped at the store so hard the back panel cracked off and the tub made thunking noises when rotating. The washing machine has 1/2" dents in the back panel and the side panel had to be "suctioned out" at the store so that it would not rub on the tub BEFORE THEY LOADED IT TO DEL... read more
Ordered $900 worth of tools for in store pickup, available today in Yuba City. Stopped by customer service a few hours later to check status on the order. We were told we could pull the items ourselves and they could check us out. We went and pulled the items. Ruben looked up our order and told us it was being shipped to us. We were standing there with the email that said in store pickup with the items we wanted to pickup. He said he couldn’t do it, but he could cancel our order. So he did. RecommendedThe staff were friendly. Lot different than the Redding store.
While shopping at Lowe’s today I noticed quite a few people without masks on. Two walked right next to me. INCLUDING AN EMPLOYEE. When I returned home I made several attempts to call the manager but was not able to get a live person. Lowe’s SHAME ON YOU for allowing this.
They think they are an essential store, still making employees go to work when all other businesses are shutting down like our President ask them to.
If you have to have work done, ie. Installing a fence or a screen door, I WOULD NOT recommend going through Lowes. My mother and I went into the Lowes store in October (10/17) to order a new screen door. We paid the $40 down payment. The guy said they'd be out to measure the size of the door within a week.
