Good place for a local pickup of supplies, but make sure to check your prices when they're ringing up at the register because I constantly find things that ring up incorrectly. Also, inventory accuracy seems to ve an issue from time to time. Some staff seem to default to "I know it says we have it online, but its not usually right" otherwise most staff are at least friendly
Joseph in the Appliances department assisted us with buying a dishwasher. Quick, friendly service, no upselling, no nonsense.
Chris in the Plumbing Department was absolutely amazing today! We came in with a bunch of questions and weren't exactly sure what we needed, but Chris took the time to walk us through everything and made the whole process incredibly easy. He was friendly, SUPER knowledgeable and patient. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Chris went above and beyond, and thanks to him we left feeling confident. Lowe's is lucky to have someone like Chris on the team. Five stars isn't enough!
MANAGER JONATHAN, VERY UNPROFFECIONAL,DOSNT FOLLOW STORE POLICY AND VERY COCKY.IS SAD MY FAMILIA AND I BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS ,AND BECAUSE OF MR.JONATHANS LACK OF PROFFECIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE,WE WILL NO LONGER SPEND OUR MONEY AT THIS LOWES OR ANY LOWES.
