Julian was really nice and i got everything
This is not my local store but is the closest with equipment rentals. I am an avid DIY homeowner and love the ability to rent tools to get some of my more elaborate ideas done and they have it all. But beyond that the team they have is what really makes it great. Matthew, Jose and Patrick are always friendly and helpful and one of the main reasons I keep returning. They are amazing and deserve all the praise! They are the best of the best!
Roger is terrible at helpfulness.. Just cancels order and then dosent respond to emails. No customer service. Then he wants me to drive to him to get my money back for an online order
Excellent staff. Above and beyond attitude towards customer service and satisfaction. Jeff and Jonathan (tootsie roll, Dude!) in appliances rock. Paint team is helpful.
