Friendly and helpful staff and usually well stocked. 10/15/22 - Nice selection of Christmas decorations 2/5/23 - Picked up a great little window A/C unit for hubby's office 6/10/23 - found the extension cord that I needed - good price. 10/7/23 - went in to get concrete to put up our flag pole. Great place Lowe my local Lowe’s
Over the last year I’ve bought a washer, a dryer and a stove through Lowe’s. I spent hundreds extra buying the protection plans on all of them. Recently my dryer wasn’t working so I slid it out to check the outlet. Both right legs broke. Actually the metal around the legs broke so the legs can’t screw in. Lowe’s refuses to cover this defect under my extended warranty. The dryer is sitting crooked now, I guess I’ll have to break the other legs now to get it straight.
