In a rush, I half ran into Lowes (asbury rd.) To grab a few home repair items. As I entered the store on the contractors side there were three employees standing by the cashiers desk. I asked if they would grab me a sheet of drywall while I went in search for a few other items. One of the employees said "sure." I will NEVER buy anything from Lowe's EVER AGAIN! When I tried to return defective product they sold me, they refused to take it back or give me a refund! They said there were legal reasons. OK fine - but not even a lousy gift card to keep a customer happy?! By the way, I found a better quality product at another store for less than half the price. Bu-Bye Lowe's!
