I placed an order for home delivery on May 1st which was delivered today May9th. The order is missing an item so I immediately called the store to try to rectify the situation. The lady who I was speaking with was of ZERO help. She told me that the missing item was listed in a location in their store but she couldn't find it so I would have to call back tomorrow to try to resolve the issue. problem is I need the item in order to begin my project, so now the whole process is delayed over a $15 piece.
