Soooo disappointed in Lowes.... very poor communication and customer service. We have paid in full for a new washer and dryer to be delivered next day. We took time off of work for delivery between 8-12. No delivery ... no communication. We called the delivery service ("yellow sticker delivery number on receipt") and was on hold for over an hour!!
