Purchased a Samsung Washer to be delivered after being assured by sales person that delivery personnel would remove old Samsung Washer from pedestal and place new washer on pedestal. Was told by delivery company that they did not perform such a service and that Lowes would make whatever promise required to make the sale. We paid for haul away and ended up losing our pedestal. Lowe's as a remedy offered to sell us another pedestal. Really piss poor customer service. They just lost two long time customers.
