Do not order from Lowes online for in store pick up in Seabrook, NH. I ordered a Ring Video Doorbell 2 which came with a free Echo Show 5 for in store pick up at the Seabrook, NH Lowes for a Christmas present. The Ring Video Doorbell 2 was in stock but the Echo Show 5 was out of stock and would be available for pick up a week later. My husband and I needed 15 boxes of pre-finished hardwood flooring. We called Seabrook Lowes and spoke with Jeff who confirmed he had the stock. When we showed up, Jeff had the 15 boxes already loaded and ready to go! On top of it, Jeff was extremely pleasant and friendly. I look forward to returning to this store.
