1 star. Very disappointed with this Lowe’s location. I came to buy flooring materials for work, and the website clearly showed that there were 16 pieces available in stock. After arriving at the store, I could only find 5 pieces on the shelf. I spent over 40 minutes walking around the department trying to find someone who could help me, but there was absolutely no customer service. I tried looking for associates multiple times, checked nearby aisles, and even waited around the flooring section, but nobody came to help. For a... read more
