We ordered a door that has now taken 3 weeks and we still can't get a solid answer on its delivery. Staff at the store tells us contradicting information as to its status. We have been told on multiple occasions that someone will call us when... but they never did. After more than three weeks we are still being told another later delivery date. This is the 4th date that I know of so far. Each time we have complained, nothing has been done to improve. I will never do business with Lowes again.

Thank you to the staff at Lowe's on Coliseum in Ft. Wayne .... Cassie was amazing in my Dryer quitting crisis.....Tyrone worked some magic and is able to get it to me this Friday!! So grateful for them both .... Most days I'm lucky to get a shower in, so having to take my laundry to an alternate location just really wasn't an ideal option right now! #Kudos.... there are still great service people out there and deserving of this fist bump!!💯💯😁

Lowe's lost my business today. I had a few larger items to buy, so as usual I loaded them on one of the large material carts and parked it near the pro services desk so I didn’t have to roll it around the entire store while I finished shopping. Went shopping for the smaller items, periodically dropping the smaller items off at my cart.
