This store refused to take a return of 3 plungers (~$40) after only 4 days since purchase. Hubby bought 3 plungers for our house not knowing I had already purchased 3 myself. The woman insisted it was a biohazard when the items were still clearly in unopened packaging. I tried to show her the Lowe’s policy on the website said not returnable IF they were used, and she still insisted they could not accept them. But told me she’d do the return as a “favor” anyway. Don’t shop here the fulfillment team sucks especially the team lead, supervisor, and the other associates that work nights. They are rude and lazy. They act like they don’t want to do their job and it seems like they try to push their work onto others. This store is very unprofessional and lack humanism.
