Absolutely the best store around for building supplies or home needs. The Sparkleberry/Two Notch location is the best of any Lowes. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store manager, Stephanie, is always willing to help. I have shopped all the Lowes and Home Depots around the Columbia and surrounding area, and many throughout the state, but this has been my favorite for nearly 20 years because of the consistent quality of service.
I'm in different builder's supply stores multiple times a week for work but none can compare to the first rate service I get from Lowes, specifically the location at Two Notch and Sparkleberry Rd. Recently my wife and I decided to purchase a Samsung combo washer/dryer and with all the Home Depots and Lowes closer to our home, I knew this was the store to go, 44 minutes away. TRASH!!!! Customer service is just trash. Straight garbage. Been trying to get in contact with the right POC. And it’s been 2 hrs. Lowe’s customer service needs to do better.

Had a horrible experience today at This lowes location. My elderly mother who has breast cancer asked for assistance to get 10 bags of rocks in the garden area. A white heavy set man with blond hair came and was nasty and rude to my mother. He kept saying disrespectful things to her because she explained she didn’t want the bags at the bottom but the ones at top because they were a lighter color.
