Want to know why Amazon is winning? I was looking for 3 items in the cleaning area. These two guys were so busy talking about fishing they never bothered to ask if I needed help nor acknowledged me while standing there waiting for them to have a gap in their conversation. I couldn’t find what I needed so while in the store I looked all 3 items up on Amazon and they had all 3. Will be delivered tomorrow. So frustrating when big box stores have staff just standing around.
I was very pleased with the service here. They helped to find exactly what I was looking for. They also helped solve a problem no one else could.
I found it very hard to get assistance finding items I was looking for and for paying for them. Not sure if it's a holiday or staff problem but shouldn't take over a 1 1/2 hours to pick up a picnic table
