Horrible customer service. and the same day delivery is a joke. If you call the store, whoever answers could care less what your issue is. Worst Lowes Ive ever dealt with.
I normally shop at the Greensburg Lowes. I recentley purchased a Dewalt Oscillating Tool Kit on 2/3/26 that goes for around $200. It was on sale for $99. When I opened the box, two weeks later for a project i wanted to work on, the tool did not work. I went back to Lowes on 2/24/26 to exchange and the sku number on the kit was no longer available and they would not honor the same sale price on the replacement kit.
