We just wanted to buy some items. Just buy items. 1 1/2 hrs later.... left with 0 items. I don't have words and am tired of explaining my bad experiences. Go to Home Depot.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been waiting on a big delivery from these idiots for a week. It was set to be delivered yesterday and did not arrive. Now the order just says "Delayed" with no information and I cannot get a human on the phone to speak to me. Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager of deliveries who told me he had no way of knowing when my items would arrive. Amazing service!
