Customer service is terrible. Workers are slow. Special order items take forever to get here. I was called to pick up an oven and it could not be found. Greeted by ill mannered manager at customer service desk, which is pretty ironic. Never shop here.
I frequent Lowes at Cortana on a regular basis and always receive a warm welcome. Most recently, one of the store manager's by the name of "Precious" (who could forget that name!) helped resolve a service call that I initiated the previous day. Thanks to Precious and Mike and the rest of the professionals that work at this store for going "above and beyond" and providing me with exceptional customer service!
