I have had 3 separate refrigerators delivered two had dents and scratches (I didn't pay for dented items) and other they screwed up reversing the doors and the freezer never closed all the way. They're now getting snotty with me because I didn't pay for damaged good. Like how hard is it not to bring a damaged item?!?!? I've been with a refrigerator for 2 weeks now. Never ever buy appliances at Lowes, especially the Woodstock Ga store. The dryer did not have any heating and it took weeks to resolve, by calling and being treated like dirt all along. The store manager was the most rude person ever, and is evidently condescending to women as well. They would not pick up defective dryer, and told me to order a new one and I would be refunded. Curbside pick up is a joke. And many employees as nice as they are, DON'T WEAR A MASK!!!! It's a pandemic, people!!!
was very disappointed that I paid to have a Weber grill delivered to me and when I read it it was a outdoor model it was dirty and I had to clean it. never did they tell me they were giving me a floor model. for the price of the grill I should have received one that was untouched by the public or at least cleaned off😥😥
we have ordered 2 stoves and given delivery dates and still do not have our stove. no one will answer phone. it just rings and goes back to the main menu. Why? no customer service.
They are horrible! The worst customer service ever. They are not reliable they are NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL!!!! I bought a dryer's machine Saturday so I paid for my old dryer to be removed. They came Monday morning gave some excuse to not installing and didn't remove my machine. Went in looking to by a bathtub. Walked around for almost a hour looking at them. Tried to find an employee to help but the three that I could find were too busy talking to each other about an upcoming race. I ended up leaving and will go to another store.
I will never shop at Lowe’s again ! Manager would not accept my tile that I bought from the store without a receipt. Nothing wrong with the tile and they still have it on the shelf in the store. Wouldn’t even give store credit. We are talking $28 dollars in tile. I will take all my business building my new basement to Home Depot. Customer Service horrible! Bye Lowe’s ! 😡
