Worst experience ever. Bought Security door back in June of last year and it is now January and still no security door. Every time the door was re-ordered or missed order, there was no phone call or communication on what was going on. I was always following up on my purchase and told it will be here from month to month. Finally feed up and canceled the order. They have no sympathy or professionalism to the consumer. Take your business elsewhere.

The prices are excellent, the store is clean. The sales associates are very friendly and willing to help fin a product inside the store, even if they don't know anything about the product. In the garden shop it is a different story. They are uninformed about the plants and if they are toxic to children or pets. They are also LAZY. I am 76 years old. I asked 2 male associates in that dept to help me put a very large bag of garden soil in the bottom of the cart. Both told me they were busy and would be back, after 10 minutes o... read more

I walked in with a list and pictures of what I was looking for. The first employee I asked said he didn't know where a floor joist brace was (the first item on my list) and say it "may" be in lumber, which was at the opposite end of the store. I asked someone in lumber, they said "Yes we have that, it's on the back wall." Then they walked away. Terrible service for the most part. Their lumber is junk! – I rate this store 1 Star (actually less) because the store must be rated as a whole, all products and all service (employees). There are a few employees and department heads that do not deserve this rating or review. Still, their fine efforts and commitment to customer service are not enough to improve my overall rating of this store.
