Worst customer service ever! Ordered carpet 4/6 (put on Lowes card and paid in full when statement due) took forever to get carpet ( a lot longer than we were told) and when they came 6/24 to install it was refused by us as it was not even close to sample in color. Went to store and spoke with a associate who was very polite and understanding said a manager would handle the complaint (name withheld) who has dropped ball numerous times and has zero follow up skills. November 2020... buying a refrigerator here was an absolute nightmare! Can't get someone to come out and hang the door right, because apparently they don't have trained staff. And they cannot talk decently to a 93 year old woman trying to get the problem fixed. They looked right at her and said, "Go on line to the help center!" Seriously???
I went to buy a refrigerator but do not want to spend 1000 - 2000 dollars for a fancy refrigerator, I was told that the less expensive ones sold out and they can't get them due to covid. That is a lie, When the less expensive ones started selling the company stopped stocking them in an effort to force customers to buy the more expensive ones. This is how big box stores operate.
we ordered & prepaid for decking material. day it was to arrive we call..nothing..next day we call..get verbally told our PREPAID FOR MATERIALS were given to a larger customer. WE NOW HAVE TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 6-8 WEEKS. AFTER ALREADY WAITING 3 WEEKS. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ORDERING PRODUCT!! TAKES YOUR MONEY & PUSHES YOU ASIDE.

Their phone line is clearly off the hook. Have been trying to call for days to have a question answered before making the 45 minute drive over there, and all I get is a busy signal regardless of the time or the day! The (800) 445-6937 number is even worse since after being kept on hold the call gets disconnected!
