I would.like to publicly thank Ms Kathleen Gordon of the flooring department of the Hanover store. She was kind, professional and thorough. Went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Great customer service.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered carpet 4/6 (put on Lowes card and paid in full when statement due) took forever to get carpet ( a lot longer than we were told) and when they came 6/24 to install it was refused by us as it was not even close to sample in color. Went to store and spoke with a associate who was very polite and understanding said a manager would handle the complaint (name withheld) who has dropped ball numerous times and has zero follow up skills. November 2020... buying a refrigerator here was an absolute nightmare! Can't get someone to come out and hang the door right, because apparently they don't have trained staff. And they cannot talk decently to a 93 year old woman trying to get the problem fixed. They looked right at her and said, "Go on line to the help center!" Seriously???
