Worst customer service ever!!! It took over 5 months to get a front door installed. The first door the delivered without notification, they just laid it against our house it was damaged when the installers came out to install. After trying to reach someone at Lowe’s the manager Paul was very rude and acted like it was my problem! Had to have door reordered and when it came in they had nobody available to install it!!! Was supposed to have a dishwasher delivered yesterday and no one was showing up, so I called and talked to customer service and they told me that they were still supposed to deliver it yesterday the 14th. So I waited around my house all day, missing work, only to find out that no one was coming. Around 8:00 I call back and they tell me that it wasn’t even at their facility until sometime yesterday evening and it’s supposed to be delivered the 15th instead. RecommendedAll of the employees I needed helped out quite well. They done a good job.
Ordered and paid for flooring in may 2 1/2 moths later still no flooring. It has even scheduled twice worth no outcome. My best advise was to return the flooring out of respect for the store. What?? It’s paid for and what about the respect for the customer! Preparing for installations for nothing. Moving furniture, dressers, beds. I’m beyond disgusted. Bullxxxx
Don't ever order gutters from here. It's been 2 months. Someone came out a month ago took some measurements and never came back. No one at the store or at corporate seems to care. The have my money and my gutters and I have rain pouring down the sides of a brand new mobile home. Will not be using them for anything else!
I have had the single WORST experience with Lowes!!!! Can never get anyone on the phone!!!! Management has not been helpful!!! I should have paid extra and got what we needed for our fence from Home Depot!!!! My card has been over charged from what management promised!!! Promise after promise!!!! Still missing panels not yet delivered and they show in stock online! The district manager seemed like he was going to help and that fell through also! 😒 this is absolute BS.
I have tried OVER 50 times to call the flooring department to get a bid on carpet... AFTER they came out and measured. NO ANSWER, just takes me back to sign in at VRU. Terrible customer service.
