We purchased a new roof through Lowe’s from their location in Kanawha City WV. It has been an absolutely horrible experience, once they take your $10k they stop all communication and don’t care what happens from that point on. If I were to do it over I would support a local small business that actually cares and respects their customers. Ironically all of their marketing materials have the slogan “we’ll be with you all the way” is total BS.
