Terrible!!!!!!!!! I purchased a fence at a guarantee price. Tax,labor,materials, everything by a salesman named Jimmy at the Lowe's in high point NC on n. Main st. I get my first bill and it was 385.00 more than what we agreed. Now Jimmy will not return my call. 385.00 is a lot of money. What should I do.
