I used Lowe's for new flooring, plus carpet. in the basement. I also used the to update the master bath. I use them for every home project.
Never been more disappointed in a company. We were talked in to paying up front for our home renovation in July. It is November and there is still a giant hole in my house, windows have been ordered incorrectly twice and my family has not been able to live in our home for 6 weeks. Corporate had to take over from the store and the project is still a nightmare. Communication is terrible, nobody will take responsibility. Very good professional staff. Knowledgeable. Greeted me with a smile. The only problem I have is cheap junk Hillman brand deck screw fasteners. Made in China and like most things Chinese the quality is lacking. Misformed Phillips screw heads. The bit them enclose in every package is made of soft metal. I have nothing but problems out of Chinese made products . Junk bearings. Crankshafts and connecting rods incorrectly made. Can't Lowe's find an American made product?
I'm really upset with this store. My husband and I ordered a refrigerator from them that had to be ordered because they didn't have it in the store. Which it was a counter depth French Door refrigerator and we were told it would be in on the 25th. Well here 2 days ago they called and said oh we just wanted to call and tell you it ain't come in yet. Well first of all. Why the heck would you call if it hadn't come in? That don't make any sense. Well here today is the 25th and where is my fridge? Total upset
