We had a washer delivered that was installed incorrectly. We scheduled a time for a second service call and was given a time to expect them. When they called to say they were on their way, it was at a time outside of what we were told. We told the service people when we were told to expect them, and they said they would come then. We found a note on the front door saying they came and we were not there: actually, we were in the house at the time. My wife Nancy & I,have always bought our appliances from Lowe's, because,we have shoped The Home Depot,and trying to get someone there to help on anything was wasting our time, because no one stopped to ask if we needed help,so we left.We went to Lowe's,and as soon as we walked in,we were greeted,and asked if we needed help finding anything,and once we told them,we needed to buy a new Refrigerator,and that sent us to an older gentleman, that listened to what we needed,and he suggested a great. product that we bought that ver... read more

The idiot at customer service assumed my warranty was void when it wasn’t, then tried to tell my solar path lights were no longer in being carried by Lowe’s and all she could do was refund me. She was wrong there were a bunch of them in stock. Incompetent doesn’t even start to describe her. If I would have listened to her I would have had to buy a whole new set of 12 lights. Then I really would have been angry!!!
Bought a washer and dryer for $2K. Units were delivered 3 weeks late, damaged and the best kicker; the dryer did not come with a power cable. Have to purchase separately!!
We love Lowe’s we always go there to get what we need. The employees are always very helpful.
stood around for 30 minutes waiting for multiple people to help me with a price on a mower. unfortunately all managers have a meeting at 2pm and are Unable to assist customers. I left very unsatisfied
