I’m really disappointed with customer service I bought a nail gun with extended warranty for one year is almost a year ago i when twice to this place to get it replaced it every time I go they said I have to call to one number this lady is Alex is the worst person for customer service don’t buy tools from this store they don’t cover factory warranty they said is a policy of 90 days for what I know every tool has a minimum of 1 year warranty and plus don’t buy warranty on tools
