Last time I will shop in your Queensbury NY store. No one caring if shoppers come in without masks. No social distancing. Asked what was going on, two employees told me that the sheriff would not enforce the mask wearing. No it should be your policy and your employees should be enforcing it. Just like Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Price Chopper and the list goes on.

Ordered a pellet smoker that was supposed to include "free" assembly and delivery. Delivery date was set, I had to take day off from work, no easy feat for a healthcare worker during a pandemic. Then they changed the delivery date to another day that I was working, no reason given, take it or leave it. Told them I'd just come pick it up. Got up there two weeks after I had ordered it, and two days after the assembled unit had been promised to be delivered, and it's still in the unopened box, not assembled. We just purchased flooring and had a very nice young man named Chello help us. I can not say enough about this employee! He is the best I've ever had the chance to deal with in ANY store! It was taking me awhile to decide on flooring and Chello came to us to tell us he was going on his lunchbreak and added if we needed him he had it arranged to have another employee call him off his break! You need more employees like him.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered a washer for pick up on Friday, Friday comes no one can located the washer. Saturday am still no washer can be found, Saturday afternoon head to the store and oh the washer is amazingly found. Staff was rude and acted like I was in the wrong because I wanted the washer that had already been paid for. 10 employees standing around and no one could help load it, WTH! Done with Lowe's
