Staff was pleasant, but I had a bad experience. You have a machine that copies keys. I drove to you store to use it. I couldn't figure out how to use it. I asked for help. The first guy tried but didnt know how. He radioed for someone else. Second guy, Tim I think, laughed at me, told a joke and didnt solve the problem before walking away. This is by far the cleanest, most helpful, and friendliest store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been searching for products to use and build at my little dog’s grave , and while dealing with a broken heart, I also felt overwhelmed and out of place as a woman in a home improvement store. Unfortunately, at other stores — especially Home Depot in Wayne, NJ — I was met with cold, dismissive attitudes and was constantly sent from aisle to aisle without real help.
