You can walk around this store for a solid 30 minutes and not be greeted or even find suitable help.. If they ever come out with robots to replace people, the store on MLK & Fayettville st would be a perfect test store. I don't even bother asking for help here..
I purchased a refrigerator & paid for delivery/disposable of my old refrigerator & the guys that delivered left my old refrigerator on the curb? I called the delivery drivers & they said they left it cause it was “contaminated”. If it was “contaminated” you wouldn’t have took it out the house. After that I called to speak with management & she was rude about the situation & told me the earliest she can send someone out is Thursday. I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery through Lowe’s!
