They usually have what you need (as long as it's something standard), but seldom have enough cashiers. I'm sure they would prefer we use their "DIY" checkout, but that's just rude!
Stand in line for 15 min's waiting because a 3 dollar fitting doesn't have a barcode. Way to go Lowe's.. What's my time worth? I offered to pay 5 dollars for it if the cashier, one of only 2 lanes open in the store, would just let me go. Cashier " It don't work like that" Mean while, sun is setting and I have a well to fix. but hey, when it was all said and done, the fitting rang up 97 cents and you folks had blindly followed your process. Good Job. Other wise its a functional store I would rate it fair.
Poor customer service ...employees have no regard for customer safety..spoke with manager he in turn was very courteous and assured me the specific matter would be handled appropriately.. I sure hope so

I had a problem with some carpet I ordered a while back but the new manager talked me into giving them another chance. So this weekend I purchased a refrigerator and it was to be delivered in the morning. I took the morning and stayed home from work and at 12:12 no one had called me yet. Just had the opportunity to hear a male associate explain to a female likes associate what jungle fever was. Not really what I care to hear being discussed well I'm buying building materials.
Went to Lowe's of Monroe tonight. The only registers that were open were self check out where one person worked. The Customer Service area had one person working and a huge line. My husband ended up cutting our own shelving because there was no one available to help. Pretty pathetic Lowe's.
I need my less than 3 year old dryer fixed. I bought the extended warranty. Lowes won't schedule a service call until November 11. 10 days away!!
