Bought a GFI rectapticle 3 months it went out took it back they would not make good on it because I didn't have my ticket
Same as most of these people. Stood at the paint counter for 15 minutes not even being acknowledged and there were 2 people behind the counter. When the amount of people waiting turned to 3 (with no acknowledgement) I left super frustrated.
lowes lies about next day delivery. My order tuesday never went through and i was never notified i called because noone contacted me to make an apt for delivery on thrusday and found out. I reorder by phone then after several calls find out it wont be next day it will be tuesday before i get my dryer which i need NOW. My husband has a bad back and we have no truck but we had to cancel the order and try to go buy one in the store!!! and pray someone helps us carry it in and carry the old one off. You can't get anyone working there to help you load something. They will actually walk by you and you struggle and not offer. I really wish they'd fix this problem. It happens alot. Do the managers not see it?
