I purchased a walk in shower from Lowe’s they call Monday night said it will be delivered Tuesday they called 830 said going to be delivered and now it Friday soppesed to came today another excuse and they said it comeind Sunday and also call the store and they hanged up on me three times they whole company needs a change I give them a half a star on consumer service
I purchased two decorative exterior and storm door sets. I had problems with all of them and after FOUR calls to successively higher-ups in the store over the course of two weeks, I've still not received a call back from anyone concerning scheduling the repair work. This is no way to do business, and I'll be making purchases in the future from another store.
ordered oven and refrigerator on Thursday ,said would be delivered on Sunday.get email which I don't check my emails everyday they moved it to Tuesday and get another email today saying the order has been completely split up now so I'm going to get part of it Tuesday part of it Wednesday what are they think I'm supposed to take a whole week off of work
purchased a box of snap in gutter guards. installed this spring replacing others that had been in place for 8 years. the lowes product has deformed so badly that they have let go of the gutter lip and are curling side to side and end to end. after 3 to 4 months they all need to be replaced again. last ones purchased at lowes were round hole with a screen. these replacements are diamond holes with a screen and are NO GOOD. leave it to lowes to discontinue a superior product and offer a piece of crap in its place. not only am ... read more

Bought an item online, an employee called to say that it was in for pick-up, and we waited over an hour at customer service for someone to find said item. Employees didn’t seem to care how long we had to wait with a 2 year old in tow.
My wife and I purchased new bathroom vanities, new tile, sinks, mirrors all the night before so all I had to do was drive the van over there this morning quikly pick up everything and 45 mins later they find my per-paid order, then 10 mins to load and get on the way. I can live with loosing 55 mins but the la k of concern and customer service pisses me off. And Lowes woders why their business is off @!
Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered a refrigerator ..called me 2 weeks later said it would be delivered Today December 8,2017 between 11-1..called me at 12:15 and said the refrigerator wasn't even in the warehouse! Unacceptable!!! Never again will I purchase from Lowes! DONE!
