Bought a refrigerator with the service contract about 3yrs ago, long story short, the icemaker broke, to date we are still waiting for a part. I wish that I had known that my husband had gotten frustrated and stopped trying. Needless to say they did not follow up and when I spoke to my husband about it he said the last he heard they were still waiting for the part and 3yrs later we have a refrigerator with no icemaker.

In February I purchased several thousand dollars worth of appliances. Everything was fine with the exception of the Empava oven. It arrived damaged from the warehouse and Lowes took care of it immediately, except the second one would not even work. Lowes again came to the rescue. However, an American made oven with a two-year warranty went out after 3 months. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with their customer service. Ordered an appliance 4/8 and told it would arrive about 2-5 weeks. Called frequently to check on the item's order status and was told eventually it would arrive, that they would flag it for us when it arrived as it's in high demand. Called 5/12 to check on status and they said check back later today or next day to see if it's in. Well done Lowe's. I would like to say thank you to the employees at the Burleson Texas store for making my elderly wife load 15 bags of sand by herself while you employees stood around and watched. She even offered $25 to anyone that would help her load the sand in her car. It would have taken five minutes. You couldn't be bothered. While Lowe's is closer than The Home Depot herein Burleson, we will be traveling the extra distance for a better customer service. Never again Lowe's
Used curbside pickup today and they FORGOT about me. I waited for my order for over 20 minutes.
I was disappointed due to the website information is a little misleading in reference to the disinfecting wipes stating that the wipes had to be purchased in the store and although they have a sign about quantities may not be available, why don't they just remove it from the website or put "out of stock" on it like other items? Because when I asked the cashier she did not have a clue and another associate stated since she been there they have not had a shipment since the beginning of March.
Recommend everything at Lowe’s. Great helpful employees. Even the officer at the door was helpful!
