My husband and I were at the Loews in Newburgh to buy tile. A young man by the name of Johnath help us carry our boxs to the car. He is truely a example of a loyal employee. He refused to accept a tip because it is aganist store policy. How many employees would do that.? Lorraine .

No problem finding what I needed in the garden section, the cashier was happy and friendly.
I purchased a washer and dryer on March 1, 2019 and I have an issue with the washer and I called today and spoke with Terrance who could not have been more helpful with the entire situation and will be doing a swap of the washer this Friday. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to appliances and I recommend anyone who is looking to speak with Terrance himself.
