I ordered an appliance part online from Lowe's, it was the wrong part. I went to return it to my local Lowe's store lake Wylie sc The store manager ( EDDIE) said he could not issue me a refund. TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCE PARTS OR APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S. THE BIG BOX STORES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AMERICANS.
