Asst Manager Daniel went above and beyond in helping me get replacement parts for one of 3 Allen & Roth wood closet kits. He spent almost an hour researching and tracking down my options and ultimately getting my needed parts to finish the project. A&R’s service dept was less than helpful! Thanks Daniel - I have been a long time customer and you have cemented future loyalty!
Michael in the paint department went above and beyond to help me! He stopped and helped me figure out how to work the kiosk and helped me order exactly what I needed!
The sales associates are ALL so helpful anytime I've visited this store.
When I call you either don't answer the phone or you do and you don't say anything???? A bunch of slackers working there.
It is lowes. They expect you to ring up your own product so they can look to profit over customer service.
