Great customer service team all around, the pro desk is one of the best teams that I've dealt with at the handful of Lowe's Home Improvement stores in the handful I regularly use. This is one of the only Lowe's that has correct online inventory counts as well. Good job at the simple thing's that most just over look. An employee, Terry, was extremely rude when I asked him for help finding some plastic bushings. He abruptly told me that he doesn't work in electrical, doesn't know where they are, and couldn't help me. As a former supervisor in the Lumber department, I know how things work—you can always help a customer regardless of what department you belong to. I actually had to suggest that he look up the item on his company smartphone, and even after locating it, he continued to be very rude. Employees like him really hurt the company'... read more

We definitely noticed, that the staff there was very friendly, attentive and proached us to offer their assistance. Which normally on these type of places, if you are lucky to find one employee, you almost have to beg for their help and pray not to get attitude... So congratulations to the management team and keep it up!!!
