BUYER BEWARE (CARPET INSTALL): After getting carpet installed a month ago we have been arguing back and forth with this store and their install department about the damage done to our house. Amazing curbside pickup service!
The reciever was rude this morning when I needed to unload fixtures for you guys. I used to manage walmarts before becoming a truck driver. Had he been one of my associates I'd have made him clock out and go home, try again tomorrow. Attitude is not necessary to customers or your freight drivers.
It seems ridiculous to me that you won’t accept Christmas decoration returns regardless of the reason. I bought outdoor lights that STOPPED WORKING after a few days. They are a poor product. Thumbs down Lowe’s. 👎🏻

I swear these people that hire here they must of worked at McDonalds the week before. Pretty sad when you go into their and need help and they have zero knowledge. Why ask for help I can walk the isle myself or ask a customer for help they have more knowledge. This isn’t the first time they don’t have a clue.
