I placed an online order for pickup a day ago and never received a notification that my order was ready. I'm not sure if pickup orders of two items usually take more than a day to be prepared; I don't understand why Lowes offer online ordering if they don't actually have enough staff to fulfill the orders. I wish I had known this before I ordered. Cancelling my order.
