At the return counter made me laugh I was returning a drill bit not realizing the brand was Milwaukee CHRIS immediately immediately recognized that Lowe’s does not carry Milwaukee 😂😂😂 he said “Are you sure you did not get that from Home Depot “ Ugh! What a long Friday workday. Chris had a great eye he immediately recognized THIS! that is what I call a star employee🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thank You Chris Man

I recently visited the garden area at Lowe’s and was helped by a cashier I believe was named Samira. From the moment I walked up, she welcomed me with a big smile and a genuinely positive attitude. Her kindness and energy made the checkout experience stand out. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels so warm and authentic, but Samira really set the tone. Thank you for having employees like her who make shopping at Lowe’s a pleasure. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received.
