Picture a 60 year and old woman trying to carry out a 12 by 6 roll of astro turf, not one Lowes employee offered to help. The young man at the register refused to get help for a 80lb and $160 sale. Nice. Another older woman in the parking lot offered to help, great for a laugh, however, neither of us will be back. Hopefully when we tell anyone that will listen, they won't either.
