Customer service is poor. 2 people standing at the front having a good time. Im over at the pickup kiosk and it doesn't read my barcode. Theres a button next to it but isn't noticeable enough to say press for assistance. No one near the area. Finally someone at the returns desk however there is now a customer in front of me taking longer than they should.
