Came today to get Sta Green Lawn starter fertilizer and moss ex. Went to self checkout and scanned both items but one is not in the system. A staff helped me and unable to figure out the sku and asked another staff with no help, I was told they are unable to sell it and rather than making something work for the sake of a customer waiting for more than 10 mins while they figure it out, none wanted to add it in inventory so I was told they couldn’t sell it after the fact that I waited for a while. Very disappointing door installation experience. Lowe’s outsource installation to PSG, it was impossible to try to schedule an installation appointment. Both of their customer service are horrible. Will not order install service from Lowe’s ever again
