I had a pipe burst at my home flooding my downstairs when I was out of town. I made an appointment with Lowe's to measure for new kitchen flooring. The flooring salesman gave me a paper with the date of Jan. 18, 2023 from 8-12. No one came or called after waiting until 12:15. I called the store and was referred to another number and the man said I was not in their system. I will not reschedule. I have lots of choices.
Customer service is terrible at this store & never answers their phone.

We own four homes in the area, three of which are rentals. As you can imagine we’re always in a home improvement store and have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s. In August we bought a new refrigerator. After paying the gentleman told me they were low in stock and set a delivery date of two weeks. That day came and went with no contact from the store. DELIVERING THE CORRECT ORDER AND RETURNING CALLS
Just had 100 bags of mulch delivered and Lowe’s did a wonderful job!!!
Customer service at this store is horrible. It took me 10 minutes of repeated calling to speak to a person. Closed on a new home and purchased appliances and Im 10 minutes down the street and they can't deliver on time. They changed my delivery window without confirming with me and so see if I was even available. The West End store is so much better. I get better service at Home Depot. Buyer beware as Lowes doesn't care.
