This store has the best customer service. Ron was awesome and super helpful with picking a range and dishwasher last month. Carl is fun and helped us with a microwave last month and a refrigerator today. He also was amazing working with Carla in scheduling to make sure we got a delivery date that worked for us. Also Mikayla who checked us out was very friendly. We will always continue to come to this Lowes!
I sent my wife to buy a fridge and nobody would take the time to help her find the model we wanted. Instead, they just pointed to the refrigerators and told her it was over there. Unable to find it, she went to the customer service desk where they again declined to take show her the fridge and then told her that they would only give us a 5% military discount instead of their standard 10%. Pretty disappointing. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. Not that they'll care.
A big shout out to Bart for customer service way above and beyond our highest expectations. We will now be loyal Lowe shoppers and continue to share our experience with others. Thank you, we love our Samsung fridge.
Last week a delivery truck delivered a new dish washer to me neighbors house. Their truck hit out mailbox post and took out both mailboxes. They said that they were going to fix it... It's been a week and they are playing phone tag with my neighbor... So are you going to fix it or what?
