Central Richmond Lowe's. Awful experience, terrible costumer service. We purchased a washer for $700plus. This was used but was being sold as new. When we opened the box and tried the hose had running water and even the top door had signs that was already used. They sold that full price to us, not even a opened box price. When we came back to get our money or a refund.
