I have had a terrible experience with the Lowes in Fenton, and have had no support from the management team at Lowes. I ordered a custom exterior door from the Fenton Lowes store with Art, and the ETA for the door when I ordered in July was 30 days. Then each month the ETA for the door gets pushed back, and after multiple calls and no return calls, I finally got a confirmation that the door would be in on Nov. 3rd 2021.
