Never order from the wareham lowes and expect them to deliver your order at a time that works for you. I spent 20 mins on hold with their 3 rd party just to find out I could not change the time I had to reschedule with lowes. Then after talking to lowes I still could not request a time if I ever get my order delivered this will be the last purchase I ever make with them. Home Depot is closer with better customer service.
Do not use Lowe's for your kitchen renovation! Their install coordinator is incompetent and does not "coordinate" anything on time or without it needing to re-done or replaced. The management style is passive inconsistency with NO tangible results. Wasteful re-ordering of products and supplies, which add constant delays to the project. I used Lowe's for my kitchen renovation. Inspite the contract I signed in November 2012, the work is not done yet. The subcontractors are unreliable, the individual in charge for scheduling never coordinated anything. They never showed on time for the work, many excuses for not doing the work as promised, overordering items, no communication between the subcontractors of various departments, no communication with customer about work schedule.
