Friendly employees and clean store
Needs to improve Customer Service and Online Pickup. Other stores have this figured out, but Lowe's still makes this painful. Pickup should not take 20 minutes on a good day and over an hour on a bad day (when they say the item is ready, but can't find it when you get there). With 2 other competitors within a mile you can't continue to disappoint or you'll go the way of the Bridgeton Lowe's soon enough.
