I don't post many reviews, but I'm so impressed with the employees at this Lowes. Let me start by saying: I'm not DIY'er. The mere thought of walking into a Lowes or Home Depot gives me hives. I never know exactly what I'm looking for, where to find it, what I need, etc. I recently ordered flooring - Will in flooring was immensely helpful. My mother bought a new stove from Lowe’s. When it was delivered it was badly scratched. After the installers left she started to smell gas and had to call the gas company for that emergency since it was installed incorrectly. She went up to the Lowe’s and the manager refused to even come out and speak to her. They gave her a 1-800 number to call. This has to be the Lowes with the poorest Customer Service and weekend management I have ever encountered. Bought 2 Ego blowers on 6/15 at the Chesterfield store. One for me and one for my son’s birthday. Well, his blower crapped out on 7/12 and he tried to exchange it for another at his nearby Maplewood store. The customer service associate said he would need to take it back to the Chesterfield store (1 hour round trip) where it was purchased because they would not get credit for it.
