It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone in Shipping and Receiving! This morning I called to confirm delivery and had to call 3 times each time getting through to customer service then placed on hold 15 minutes later finally spoke to someone! Then washer and dryer were delivered and there was damage to the washer so I sent it back.
