The plumbing department is terrible in giving guidance and recommendations on plumbing products. Going home with the wrong product can be frustrating after driving over 10 miles to the store. You should be a plumber to shop at Lowe’s.
If you are looking for customer service, this is the Lowe's store for you..not only did I receive excellent service over the telephone, it was even better in person. I have to give a huge shout out to Corey and Patrice ( I think that was the young lady's name) the representative in the store. The were both knowledgable and helpful in assisting me.
