Lowe’s Jefferson Hwy. Horrible. Called many times to report delivery issues, then, once delivered my refrigerator was dented. Made at least 5 calls, 10 minutes before a customer service rep transferred me to another department where after being on hold for 40 minutes, no one answered the phone. Now, I am going to the store in person and do not intend to leave until my problem is corrected. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE FOR ANY REASON!!! 😡
