Long story short.. Went to get blinds cut at this store, after waiting maybe 15 min to finally get "help" no one knew how to use the cutting machine, had a total of 6 people in and out trying to figure out how to get the blinds cut. Finally, we get one box cut but they can't get the 2nd box to match size of the other. The machine ends up breaking. The manager said they'll just have to order them online and ship to us for FREE!
