After completely destroying my rear window of my truck, I have been Sent back-and-forth between Lowe's and claims to no Avail. I have spent many hours on hold. a employee even said "waiting on hold for a manager thats a Joke". I have a new one child and I'm traveling. This holiday week in 30° weather with no back window, no one seems to care. About what needs to be done "their policy" is just wait we will get to you

Terrible delivery service! Scheduled 8am -12pm showed up at 5:05 pm Spent 15 minutes removing old installing new ,did not level machine,did not put dryer back in original place we’re going to leave before checking connections. Wife insisted they turn on to check. Horrible experience!!

Customer service at this store is pathetic. Not one person helps or even offers to help. Now they have wildlife at the checkout counter eating potato e chips and the cashiers find this humorous. Will not shop at this store again.

You’d be better off picking something up something from Walmart and installing it yourself. Lowe’s in Ormond is an utter joke. We purchased two kitchen appliances, with separate delivery dates. The first to be delivered was a refrigerator. The fridge was dented and the ice line was broken, leaving water dripping. Jason, the operations director was flippant and dismissive. Actually, I just want to know the name of the store manager. Does anyone in the community know what it is? I don't have a complaint, but do need to get in touch with him/her. We have had no luck with phones -- no one is picking up at any of the listed numbers.

at this time would not recommend everytime my pickup is ready and I go to pick up. Never ready even after waiting over an hour, trying to call and no one is picking up. been at this for 30 min.

Just called my wife in for the duration of the virus,they told me it has to a proved by Corp,she a cancer survivor and does not need to but her life in danger,we don’t need your approval ,

Exercising my First Amendment Rights Freedom of Speech, Lowe’s we called to tell them that Karen my wife wouldn’t be back to work till the virus is all cleared ,they told us it has to be a proved by Corp,LOL,and she has to come in till Corp oks it,or she will lose her job.she’s a cancer survivor and does not need to put her self in danger,She Quit her part time job.i have driven by that store on Granada ave this week and the parking lot is full can’t be a very safe place to be with all the people in there,can’t see how they ... read more
