I could have shopped for the 1 item I bought online faster than the store could put the order together, and I was taking my time. Additionally there is no way to delete your online account without CALLING customer service. And this store has the audacity to have huge Christmas displays BEFORE HALLOWEEN
We’re in Lowe’s Carlsbad a lot, and the team is consistently friendly, helpful, and well-stocked which makes our ongoing DIY projects easy. The few times we needed a manager’s help, he handled it quickly and professionally. Lowe’s is fortunate to have him on the team.
