I’m giving 1 star because I can’t put -10. I was in isle 11 today September 3/21. Waiting for 15 mins, asked 4 people to page someone to help us with electrical. The guy came and talked to the first person he saw and when I asked excuse me, I know you are with someone now, but I just have to ask if you have a machine to check for a product, he rudely answered me with his back and an atitude, after ignore my question the first time. Hopefully Lowe’s corporation worries about customer service and train better their staf... read more
