Too many flock cameras in the parking lot. I'd rather shop at Henderson Lumber or Ace as long as the flock cameras are up

I had a great experience at Lowe's thanks to Matthew. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Employees like Matthew make a big difference, and Lowe's is fortunate to have someone so dedicated on their team!

My husband had a horrible experience at this store this morning. Christina and Karen were so disrespectful towards him. My husband purchased items and had proof of purchase. When he drove through the lumber area to leave Christina treated him as if he was a thief. She looked in the bed of his pickup and placed her hands and face on his windows to see if items were in there even though the large items he purchased were in the bed of his pickup.
