I wish they had a competitor. Purchased all new windows and they were installed incorrectly. They leaked all around the edges, poor caulking and did not install insulation around them. Hot water Heater was incorrectly installed also. When I had a leak at the top of the water heater, another plumber said he would not touch it, as the pipe was cut too close to the tank. They just seem to hire anyone off the street.
We have used Lowes 3 times and all a disaster. If you can't carry it out walk away. NEVER AGAIN

I have tried this morning on numerous occasions to reach the Batesville, MS store and each time I am transferred I get disconnected! Guess we will be going to Oxford, MS Discount Builders or Lowe's to buy our interior paneling!
AVOID JULIE at all costs! Hubby and I went July/21/2018 at 11am. It's taken me 6 MONTHS to calm down to leave a review w/o vulgarities! We were looking for some items in Garden but couldn't find them. So we went in to look for help. On Aisle 23 Julie was on a phone call. We walked around a bit and came back after about 10 minutes. Julie was still on the call. I ask for help, she puts her hand up and starts talking about what they're going to have for dinner.
